No account is required to use the core focus, quest, timer, glyph, ledger, and streak features.

Information entered into quests, selected anchors, streak values, glyph preferences, and similar app content is used to operate the features chosen by the user.

Support emails are used only to reply to the request and to understand the reported issue. A support email may include any details the sender chooses to provide.

Apple may provide crash reports, diagnostics, and basic device information when the user has enabled sharing of diagnostics in system settings.

Personal information is not sold. The service does not require users to publish task content or profile details.

Users can remove app data by deleting entries inside the app where available or by uninstalling the app from the device.
